Choice of Curry :

  1. Red Curry
    A popular Thai curry consisting of red curry paste cooked in coconut milk, bell pepper, carrot, onion, bamboo shoot, string bean, snow pea, eggplants and basil leaves. (Red coloring delivered from dried red chili)
  2. Yellow Curry
    The Southern Thailand curry is richer and creamier than other Thai curries with a taste of cumin, coriander, turmeric cooked in coconut milk with bell pepper, carrot, onion, pineapple, zucchini, snow pea and tomato.
  3. Green Curry
    A Thai curry based on coconut milk and fresh green chili paste cooked with bell pepper, carrot, onion, bamboo shoot, string bean, snow pea, eggplants and basil leaves.
  4. Massaman Curry
    A rich, relatively mild Thai curry that is an interpretation of a Persian dish cooked in coconut milk, bell pepper, carrot, onion, snow pea, tomato, potato and roasted peanut.
  5. Panang Curry
    A Panang curry paste cooked in coconut milk and bell pepper, carrot, onion, bamboo shoot, string bean, snow pea, basil leaves with a taste of slice kaffir lime leaves.
  6. Mango Curry
    A combination of yellow curry and fresh mango cooked in coconut milk, bell pepper, carrot, onion, zucchini, snow pea, tomato and cashew nut.
